Overview:

Reverse Osmosis(RO) is the most popular water treatment system in modern times, due to it's cost effectiveness, quality reliability, minimum operation supervision, less energy consumption and minimum chemical dosage compare to other water treatment methods such as distiller and water demineralization. RO is one type of membrane separation technology which utilized membrane pressure differential to separate raw water from stronger solution to the weaker. It is suitable to treat almost all kind of raw water such as well water, stream water, river water, rain water, tap water (brackish water) and sea water. More than 97% soluble salts and 99%glues, microbe, particulate and organic substances and etc can be removed with the reverse osmosis. It becomes the most idea equipment for the modem program of pure water, hyper pure water, and airspace water. The remarkable characteristics of the equipment are shown as lower energy consumption, no pollution, simple techniques, high water quality, easy operation and maintenance.

Function Description:

1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to silica sand filter/active carbon filter 2. Quartz Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on 3. Activated Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on 4. Softener--reduce the hardness of the water. 5. Precision filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity. 6. Booster pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 Mpa). 7. RO system--RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The RO membrane's desalt rate can reach as high as 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacteria, particles and 98% of organic.
