Melt blown water filter
Fluidguard melt blown filter is constructed by melt super fine polypropylene (PP) circled around the core without any chemical adhesive.
The PP fiber randomly forms three dimensional micro-porous structure, which can provides surface, depth, and coarse filtration all by itself.
Large dirt-holding capacity, high filtration accuracy, and small differential pressure are available by its fiber densification & thinness. Besides, Gradually densified structure and lessened pore size help to guarantee an effective filtration for particle removal like suspended matter, particulate, rust etc, and make it a longer service time.
