Coalescence oil purifier

The Coalescence oil purifier adopts the coalescence and separation technology to remove water in the oil.
It integrates the precision filtration and dehydration function together, so the oil can be cleaned with one machine.
It’s widely used in the filtration of transformer oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil, low viscosity lubricants etc.
Compared to the vacuum oil purifier, this machine is generally used to treat the oil including a lot of water.
It's a 5 stage filtration system:
1st stage: oil suction filter, located at the oil suction port. As a coarse filter, it protects the oil pump and extends the
service life of the main filter.
2nd stage: Pre-filter, located in the upstream of the coalescence filter.
3rd stage: Coalescence filter, to make the water in the oil condense and sink.
4th stage: Separate filter, to further block the tiny drops of water in the oil, achieving the function of efficient separation.
5th stage: Fine filter, clean the oil again to a very high clean level before the oil outlet.
