Description
In the oil and gas industry, the petrochemical and the oil refinery industry, liquid / gas coalescer filters are frequently used to remove liquids from gases such as seal gas, fuel gas, heating and cooling gas, injection gas as well as numerous technical gases.
Zhengzhou Fluidguard coalescer filter element consists of two layers. It’s designed to efficiently coalesce liquid droplets and remove solid particulate down to 0.3 microns
Mist and minute solids flow up to the coalescer cartridges where the oil and water are coalesced and the solids removed. The flow through the coalescer cartridge is inside to outside. Solids remain in the coalescer cartridges and coalesced water and oil fall down by gravity. The stream then flows through the centre pipe to the outlet of the vessel. Result: a clean and dry gas!
